In 1976, Country House Deli began as a cheese and sausage shop.  Country House has changed over the years and now features sandwiches, soups and salads, and offers limited catering.  The Deli has become one of Bismarck's most unique restaurants, well-known locally for its Beer Cheese soup.

At Country House Deli, we focus on continuing the time-proven tradition of making food from scratch...providing our customers with better quality and better flavor. Our sandwiches and catering have been consistently rated as Bismarck's Best and in 2023 voted as Bismarck Tribune Best of the Best Sandwich Award.
