Country House Deli offers a variety of soups and salads. We make our soups and salads the old-fashioned way...by hand. No "soup-from-a-can" or "salad-from-a-bucket". Yes, it is more work, but we just think fresh tastes better, and making it homemade is something that is hard to find these days.

MONDAY - Cream of Potato: Made like a baked potato, our soup has large chunks of potato, carrots, onions, celery, milk, bacon, and seasonings (gluten free)
TUESDAY-Turkey Noodle: Our turkey noodle is made from roast turkey, homestyle noodles, carrots, onions, celery, and seasonings
WEDNESDAY-Knoephla: A regional favorite! Made with hand made knoephla and potatoes in a creamy broth
THURSDAY - Wild Rice: A hearty mix of wild rice, carrots, onion, celery, potato, ham and turkey, milk, almonds, half-n-half, and seasonings
FRIDAY - Cheese Chicken Tortilla: Made with chicken breast, jalapeno, onion, corn, black beans, tomatoes, white and cheddar cheese, and blend of seasonings.
Chili (Oct-Mar only): Our award winning chili has three kinds of beans, ground beef, red and green bell pepper, jalapeno, brown sugar, tomatoes, and a variety of seasonings, including chipotle for a bit of a smokey kick (gluten free).
Vegetable (Apr-Sep only): Shell pasta, carrots, onions, celery, potatoes, peas, green beans, corn, tomatoes, cabbage, barley, and seasonings
